Late Pandit Niranjan Prasad  was a legendary flutist who had spread the magic of flute all across the globe. 

 

To commemorate his death anniversary, Niranjan Dhara (formerly known as Dr. Ambedkar Sangeet Akademy, Lucknow) organizes a cultural evening every year which has the blessings and performances of great artists like Padam Vibhushan Dr. Yamini Krishnamurthy, Padmashri Geeta Mahalik, Padmashri Kiran Segal who were also tthe co artists of the late Guru.

 

The concert continues to enthral the audiences with unique performances of classical and semi classical vocal, instrumental and dance forms. The cultural event 'Niranjan Smriti' on all occasions, has beem widely appreciated and covered by media.

 

Art and culture signify a form of language shared and spread through varieties of expression and our country has always been a rich source and reference for the same carried through its cultural heritage and their ambassadors.
