Faiyaz Wasifuddin Dagar is an Indian classical singer of the dhrupad genre and the son of dhrupad singer Ustad Nasir Faiyazuddin Dagar.
His performances have received rave reviews in The Washington Post, The New York Times, most major Indian publications, as well as other world press. Despite his active concert schedule, Wasif still finds time to teach many talented youngsters grooming the next generation of torchbearers for this ancient august tradition. He has performing students in India and abroad.
Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar was honored by the President of India with the Padma Shri award in 2010.
Padmashree Ranjana Gauhar is a world-renowned Odissi dancer and a multidimensional personality whose interests also include theatre, painting and choreography.
Smt Ranjana Gauhar has been honoured with the prestigious Padmashree Award in 2003 for her longstanding services in the field of Odissi Dance. She is also the recipient of the National Sangeet Natak Akademi Award from the President of India (2007), Senior Fellowship for her research in the temple tradition of Odissi dance by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award and Mahari Award in 2007 and many other accolades.
Ranjana ji’s performances bear the signature of a distinctive style because of her extensive training in Chhau, Kathak and Manipuri as well.
A strongly emerging flutist of India and belonging to the eminent Varanasi Gharana, Saurabh Banaudha started learning flute at the tender age of eleven from his father Late Pandit Niranjan Prasad, who was an internationally acclaimed flutist.
At the age of just 15 years, he gave his first solo performance on Doordarshan and has been a part of the regular performances on Doordarshan and All India Radio since then. After winning Sangeet Natak Akademy Yuva Group competition, he also went out to become the All India Flute Champion in the year 2000. His capacity and capability by then had already made him show his presence noticed. He has performed at major festivals like Lucknow & Kanpur Mahotsav etc. and features regularly in other such music concerts both as a solo performer as well as an accompanist.
Surabhi Shukla is a young renowned Kathak artist of Lucknow Gharana. She learned Kathak from Top grade dancer Guru Surendra Saikia and completed her M.A. and Nipun in first division. She has performed in all over India, Sri Lanka, Fiji, Nepal, U.K. and Mauritius. She was honoured by Ex. President Smt. Pratibha Pateel in Mauritius for her best choreography. She has worked as Kathak Teacher/ performer in High Commission of India, Mauritius through ICCR New Delhi for three years. She has choreographed so many Kathak Ballets. She is also giving training to devoted students in Lucknow.
Rajiv Shukla
Rajeev Shukla is an "A" grade Tabla player and performing round the world. He learned from great Guru Pt. Rang Nath Mishra, Pt. Shital Prasad Mishra and Pt. Sheetala Prasad Shukla ( father) of Banaras Gharana. He has worked as Tabla teacher/ performer in High Commission of India Fiji and Mauritius for two years each. He has got U.P. Sangeet Natak Academy Award for his contribution in Music field.
