'NIRANJAN DHARA has currently been working in the following areas:

• Children Education
• Vocational Learning to poor women- sewing and toy making
• Music Classes - Vocal/Flute/Tabla/Casio
• Honoring artists and distinguished social workers

The society is targeted towards the following goals among others:

• To work for the social, moral, educational, intellectual and spiritual development of the society.
• To provide music education from primary to higher level and to work specifically for propagation of Indian music tradition.
• To address and sensitize the problems of the people, especially the students and the youth, through counselling centers and camps, to organize 'Disha' centers etc.
• To organize various types of awareness camps such as health welfare, energy conservation, environmental protection, agricultural reforms, consumer awareness, music education from time to time.
• To work to help the disaster affected areas and people.
• Setting up and managing library, reading room for knowledge enhancement.
• To set up, manage and organise a variety of training and 'Disha' centers for self-sufficiency in the society, especially for women, poor and backward caste people.
• Setting up and operation of Old Age Homes for old, helpless and disabled people.
• To organize various programs to clean the environment.
